Loading available on pickup day, Tuesday, October 22nd, from 11:00AM – 3:00PM. All items must be paid for by Tuesday, October 22nd, the day after the sale and before removal. A clerk will be on site during that time to collect cash, check, or card. Buyers may also pay the day before at our office before 5:00PM, 317 4th Street, Brookings. Items must be picked up within one week of the auction, and buyers will be responsible for their own loading if items are picked up after the pickup day. A loader will be on site for the pickup day only. All sales are final, and all items are sold as is, where is. All sales are subject to a 6% online buyer's fee, and 4.2% SD Sales Tax will be applied to applicable items, and the buyer's online fee. Cash, checks, or cards are accepted for payments. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all card payments. Buyers must register through our website with Nextlot to bid online and all sales are final.
