All items must be paid for by Wednesday, November 19th, the day after the sale and before removal. A clerk will be on site during the pickup time to collect payment. All sales are final, and all items are sold as is, where is. All sales are subject to an 4% online buyer's fee and a 4.2% SD Sales Tax will be applied to applicable items. Cash, checks, or cards are accepted for payments. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all card payments. Buyers must register through our website with Nextlot to bid online and all sales are final. Descriptions made are believed accurate but not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible to conduct their due diligence & are encouraged to come to the viewing day to inspect items.
