All items MUST be picked up on-site on Wednesday, October 7th from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM from 209 E Pine St. Aurora, SD. A clerk will be onsite to collect payment. Loading assistance on small, carriable items will be available. All sales are final, and all items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Implied warranties by statute or common law are waived. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. The purchaser acknowledges that any photographs with respect to auction goods may not accurately depict the true condition of the item. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the items on the viewing day. Buyer is responsible for bringing any tools required for disassembly to transfer their purchases, if necessary. In the event of a tie bid, the bid goes to a bidder with a max bid set, per Nextlot's bidding program. Invoices will be sent a few hours after the auction closes. All sales are subject to an 8% online buyer’s fee. Payments must be made in full before removal and can be made via cash, check, or card with a 3.5% convenience fee applied to all card payments. Applicable items are subject to 6.2% SD sales tax on both the item and buyer's premium. Buyers must register through our website with Nextlot to bid online. Anyone who purchases ammunition for shotguns and rifles must be 18 years of age. The buyer of any ammunition must be the one who picks up and pays for it. Proper identification will be required to be shown for anyone purchasing any ammunition.
