The sellers will pay the 2023 real estate taxes due and payable in 2024 with the new buyer(s) responsible for 2024 and beyond. Sellers do not guarantee that existing fences lie on the true boundaries, and any new fencing will be the responsibility of the purchaser pursuant to SD statutes.
