Terms

    10% non-refundable earnest money deposit due day of sale with the balance due on or before closing and possession of February 11th, 2025. Closing fees & title insurance is split 50/50 between buyer & sellers. The seller will pay the 2024 RE taxes, and the new buyer will pay the 2025 taxes payable in 2026. The real estate taxes for this land are approximately $11.75 per acre. The new buyer may elect to continue to receive the public walkin payment, or have the sellers terminate the walkin agreement prior to closing.
