    10% non-refundable earnest money deposit due the day of sale with balance due on or before September 7, 2021. Title insurance and closing fee split 50/50 between buyer & sellers. We will offer Tracts I & II individually or as a unit. All tracts are rented for 2021 with Tract I to receive one-half rent credit at closing of $5,215; Tract II will receive $2,550 and Tract III will receive $4,525.
