Terms

    10% non-refundable earnest money deposit due day of sale with balance due on or before July 12th, 2022. Closing fees & title insurance split 50/50 between the buyer and seller. The seller will receive the 2022 CRP payments and will pay all 2022 RE taxes, payable in 2023. The new buyer will begin receiving any & all CRP payments beginning in 2023. The new buyer will have the opportunity to re-enroll the expiring CRP acres into a new contract, and must do so with the FSA office prior to July 31st, 2022. The seller does not warranty or guarantee that existing fences, if any, lie on true and accurate boundary lines. New fencing, if any, is the responsibility of the new buyer pursuant to SD statutes.
