This auction presents a great opportunity to purchase a well-located parcel of land in Spring Lake South Township, Kingsbury County, SD consisting of 80+/- acres. This land has approximately 56.45 acres of cropland, per the FSA office. The farm is predominantly comprised of Class I & II soils with a good soil rating of 87.2 on the tillable acres. Additionally there are approximately 19+/- acres of pasture mainly on the north end of the land. The farm is rented for 2024 with the new buyer to receive possession for the 2025 crop year.

10% non-refundable earnest money deposit due the day of sale with balance due on or before October 23, 2024. Title insurance and closing fees split 50/50 between buyer & seller. The sellers will pay the 2024 Real Estate taxes due and payable in 2025 and the new buyers will be responsible for the 2025 Real Estate taxes due and payable in 2026 and beyond. Sellers do not guarantee that existing fences lie on the true boundaries, any new fencing will be the responsibility of the purchaser pursuant to SD statutes.
