      This auction presents the opportunity to purchase a farm that has been in the Eide/Hasvold family for over 70 years.  This attractive +/-144.59 acre parcel of land will be offered as a unit.   The location of this land could potentially provide a superb location for establishment of a rural acreage site, especially with the closeness in proximity of this land to I-29 and being bordered by a hard surfaced highway.  This farm has a mixture of productive cropland with excellent soils and also has a pasture situated in the southwestern sector of the farm.  According to FSA information this farm has approx. 141.6 acres of farmland, with approx. 121.77 acres of cropland of which approx. 115.28 acres is currently under cultivation with approx. 26.32 acres being utilized as pasture; with a 61.3 acre corn base with a 108 bu. PLC yield and a 52.3 acre soybean base with a 36 bu. PLC yield and is enrolled under the ARC County Election of the USDA farm program. The current non-tillable acres consist of +/-26.32 acres of pastureland with a dugout, of which approx. 6.49 acres has a cropland history with the balance in roads.  The soils on the cropland acres are comprised predominately of Class I & II soils, with lower quality soils in the pasture and lowland areas.  According to information obtained from the Moody Co.
