All items MUST be picked up on-site the three days following the sale — Wednesday, September 30th, Thursday October 1st & Friday October 2nd, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Econo Lodge/Former Staurolite Hotel 2516 6th Street, Brookings, SD 57006. The building will be demolished on Saturday. All items MUST be picked up during the pickup window. Loading assistance is only available for small carryable items. All items are sold as is, where is, and the sellers and auctioneers are to be held harmless in this transaction. All sales are final, with no warranties expressed or implied. Implied warranties by statute or common law are waived. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. The purchaser acknowledges that any photographs with respect to auction items may not accurately depict the true condition of the item. Buyers are responsible to conduct their due diligence & are encouraged to come to the viewing day to inspect items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any tools required for disassembly to transfer their purchases, if necessary. In the event of a tie bid, the bid goes to a bidder with a max bid set, per Nextlot's bidding program. Invoices will be sent a few hours after the auction closes. All sales are subject to a 8% online buyer's fee and 6.2% SD Sales Tax, which will be applied to applicable items and the buyer's fee. Payments must be made in full before removal and can be made via cash, check, or card with a 3.5% convenience fee applied to all card payments. A clerk will be onsite Wednesday, September 30th, during the pickup window to accept payments. If you prefer Thursday or Friday pickup, payments must be made at our office (326 W. 6th Street, Brookings) from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM prior to picking up your items.
