Farm #1 is a very good diversified crop/livestock farm, with significant deposits and potential for mining of gravel and aggregates. According to testing completed on this property by Core Engineering and Consulting, Inc. of Fort Thompson, SD and their report of Geotechnical Exploration and a subsequent summary letter estimated the following quantities assuming the necessary processing and or supplementation has been provided – a total of approx. 25 million tons of sand/gravel deposits are present on the property, excluding the wetland areas which were not explored – Copies of this report are available upon request; individual testing may be allowed with permission and assurance that disturbed areas be returned to pre-excavation condition and avoiding crop damage or harm to the property.
