Terms

Invoices will be sent a few hours after the auction closes. Items must be paid for during the pickup time on site, or the day before after the sale is completed. A clerk will be on site during the pickup window to collect cash, check, or credit card. Buyers may also pay the day before at our office before 5:00pm, 317 4th Street, Brookings. Loading available on pickup day, Tuesday, August 20th from 10:00AM – 3:00PM.s. Items need to be picked up that day. A skid loader will be on site for the pickup day only. Anyone who purchases a gun must be 18 years of age and show proof of ID upon pickup and payment. The buyer of any gun must be the one who picks up and pays for it. Additional auction terms are posted on the website. All sales are final, and all items are sold as is, where is. Cash, checks, or cards are accepted for payments. All items must be paid for before removal. Buyers must register through our website with Nextlot to bid online. Applicable sales tax will be applied to items, and all sales are subject to an online buyers fee that is posted within the bidding page.
