Loading available on pickup day, Wednesday, March 26th, 2025, from 9:00AM – 4:00PM. Items MUST be picked up that day. All items must be paid for by March 26th, the day after the sale and before removal. A clerk will be on site during that time to collect cash, check, or card. Buyers may also pay the day before at our office at 317 4th St, Brookings before 5:00pm. A loader will be on site for the pickup day only. All sales are final, and all items are sold as is, where is. All sales are subject to an 8% online buyer's fee, and 4.2% SD Sales Tax will be applied to applicable items, and the buyer's online fee. Cash, checks, or cards are accepted for payments. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all card payments. Buyers must register through our website with Nextlot to bid online and all sales are final. Descriptions made are believed accurate but not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible to conduct their due diligence & are encouraged to come to the viewing day to inspect items.
