    All items MUST be picked up on-site on Wednesday, June 17th from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Loading assistance will be available on small carryable items. All sales are final, and all items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Implied warranties by statute or common law are waived. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. The purchaser acknowledges that any photographs with respect to auction goods may not accurately depict the true condition of the item. Buyer is responsible for bringing any tools required for disassembly to transfer their purchases, if necessary. In the event of a tie bid, the bid goes to a bidder with a max bid set, per Nextlot's bidding program. Invoices will be sent a few hours after the auction closes. All sales are subject to an 6% online buyer’s fee and 4.2% SD Sales Tax, which will be applied to applicable items and the buyer’s fee. Payments must be made in full before removal and can be made via cash, check, or card with a 3.5% convenience fee applied to all card payments.
