    Items are to be picked up the day after the sale on Wednesday, May 20th from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the farm location. Loading will be available during this time. All items must be paid for by Wednesday, May 20th and before removal. A clerk will be on site during the pickup time to collect payment. All sales are final, and all items are sold as is, where is. All sales are subject to a 6% online buyer's premium. Cash, checks, or cards are accepted for payments; a 3.5% convenience fee applies to all card payments. Applicable items are subject to 4.2% SD sales tax on both the item and buyer's premium. Buyers must register through our website with Nextlot to bid. Descriptions made are believed accurate but not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible to conduct their due diligence and are encouraged to attend the viewing day to inspect items. The purchaser acknowledges that photographs may not accurately depict the true condition of the item. In the event of a tie bid, the bid goes to the bidder with a max bid set per the bidding program. Invoices will be sent a few hours after the auction closes.
