All items MUST be picked up on-site on Tuesday, March 18th, from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Buyers are responsible for their own loading. All sales are final, and all items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Implied warranties by statute or common law are waived. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. The purchaser acknowledges that any photographs with respect to auction goods may not accurately depict the true condition of the item. All sales are subject to an 8% online buyer’s fee and 4.2% SD Sales Tax, which will be applied to applicable items and the buyer’s fee. Payments must be made in full before removal and can be made via cash, check, or card, with a 3.5% convenience fee applied to all card payments.
