Items are to be picked up April 1st, 2026, from 9:00AM – 4:30PM at 317 4th Street, Brookings, SD. Items must be paid for during the pickup time on site. A clerk will be on site during the pickup time to collect payment. All sales are final, and all items are sold as is, where is. All sales are subject to an 6% online buyer's fee, and 6.2% SD Sales Tax will be applied to applicable items, and the buyer's online fee. Cash, checks, or cards are accepted for payments. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all card payments. Buyers must register through our website with Nextlot to bid online and all sales are final. Descriptions made are believed accurate but not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible to conduct their due diligence & are encouraged to come to the viewing day to inspect items. The purchaser acknowledges that any photographs with respect to auction items may not accurately depict the true condition of the item. Anyone who purchases a long gun must be 18 years of age. The buyer of any gun must be the one who picks up and pays for it. Proper identification will be required to be shown for anyone purchasing any firearm. A bill of sale and liability waiver form will be required to be signed by the buyer for each item. This sale is for a non-living estate. All items are sold as is, where is, and the sellers and auctioneers are to be held harmless in this transaction. Invoices will be sent a few hours after the auction closes.
